Job Description: Senior TSQL Programmer and Batch Developer

Location: Weehawken, New Jersey (Onsite 5 days per week. Only local candidates from the NY area and Weehawken will be considered.)
Rate: $60 USD per hour

Project Description:
Join the Client Discovery, Planning, and Wealth Way team to develop client-facing applications in line with Corporate IT Standards.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop large-scale applications.
• Refine user requirements through test-driven development (TDD).
• Analyze and resolve incidents.
• TSQL Programming and Batch Development using Azure, Python, Perl, and Shell scripting.
• Develop, maintain, and implement data flow and batch processes.
• Create end-to-end data pipelines.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of TSQL programming experience with Azure Data Factory and Python scripting.
• Strong Perl/Shell scripting skills.
• Experience in TSQL (MSSQL/SYBASE) code development, performance tuning, and ETL processes.
• Understanding of MSSQL, Azure SQL, and cloud frameworks like MS Azure.

Nice to Have:

• BS in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and establishing cloud connectivity.
