REFINEMENT OF EXISTING DASHBOARDS | SCOPE OF WORK

CCC has developed ten draft dashboards in Tableau and is currently gathering feedback from key internal stakeholders. The dashboards include a very solid foundation and already have some design alignment. This will not require a full overhaul of every chart or feature. The project will begin with a comprehensive review of the existing dashboards and stakeholder feedback to inform the plan for enhancement and alignment. CCC will provide a Tableau Creator license and VPN access to the

computer with the dashboards. Using these insights, the consultant will develop a detailed enhancement plan focused on improving data visualization, design, and

alignment across the full suite of dashboards.

The enhancement plan must address stakeholder feedback while also applying best practices in visual design, and brand consistency (https://branding.ccc.edu/). If the consultant identifies alternative approaches to stakeholder suggestions, clear rationale and recommendations should be provided. Upon CCC’s approval of the enhancement plan, the consultant will implement the agreed-upon changes in Tableau.

Dashboards to be reviewed and refined as part of this project are listed in Appendix A – Landscape of Institutional Health Dashboards.
