Location: Houston, TX (Day1 Onsite)
Duration: Long term
Type: Contract to hire
Must have Skills: Need candidate with ITSM, CMDB and Discovery implementation.
Job Description:
Candidate must have at least 8-12+ years of overall ServiceNow experience.
Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).
Experience in Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP / REST, email, DB connector, plugins etc.)
Candidate must have 4+ years of ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery experience.
Good knowledge of CMDB / CSDM data model
Well versed with ServiceNow scripting, creation of custom patterns.
Good understanding of servicenow customization & custom development of forms, fields and workflow etc.
Experience in resolving Discovery issues & coordinating with various infra teams.
Must have good communication skills.
Must have team handling experience.
Should be able to co-ordinate offshore team.
