KForce is seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
· Custom Development: Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce platform tools.
· Integration Expertise: Implement robust integrations between Salesforce and AWS-based systems, ensuring seamless data flow across platforms.
· System Optimization: Analyze and optimize business workflows using Salesforce to improve operational efficiency and reduce redundancies.
· Quality & Security: Ensure all code and systems meet industry standards for security, compliance, and performance.
· Troubleshooting & Support: Quickly identify and resolve technical issues within a highly integrated Salesforce environment.
Skills & Experience:
· Salesforce Expertise: Extensive experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and data management. Expertise in no-code or low-code Salesforce solutions.
· Salesforce Tools: Proficiency with Salesforce development tools such as VS Code, Conga Composer, Conga Grid, Dataloader, Postman/Bruno, and Github Copilot.
· Integration Proficiency: Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware solutions, or AWS-based technologies.
· Complex Environment Navigation: Proven experience working within complex systems, ideally in the financial services sector or similarly regulated industries.
· Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to assess current processes and propose effective improvements based on business needs.
· Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Automated Testing: Familiarity with automated testing tools such as JEST, Selenium, and Cucumber to ensure quality assurance.
Desired Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
· Salesforce Certifications: Preferably certified in Salesforce Admin, App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II.
· Professional Experience: Minimum of 7 years of Salesforce development experience.
· Additional Experience:
o Experience in the financial services sector, with a focus on compliance and data security.
o Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
o Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
o Strong programming background, particularly in Java or similar languages.
Key Skills:
· Service Management & ITIL Practices: Expertise in ITIL or SDLC practices for service management in networks and enterprise applications.
· Change Management: Experience in managing and defining changes to code, documents, and programs to facilitate collaboration and ensure version control.
· Programming & Debugging: Proficient in debugging and using programming languages to develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications.
· Project Management: Able to manage projects, timelines, and resources efficiently to ensure the timely and successful completion of initiatives.
· Cloud Technologies: Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS.
