Role: Senior Salesforce Admin(No Developers only Admins)
Location: Concord, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term Contract.
Experience: 10+ Years
– Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and a Consultant certification in Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
– Salesforce Administration: Serve as primary admin for a 500+ user environment, customizing the platform using Flow Builder, Validation Rules, and Lightning App Builder.
– Omnichannel Management: Implement and manage Omni-Channel routing across voice, chat, and email, ensuring SLA adherence with Entitlements, Milestones, and Escalation Rules. Integrate Vonage Contact Center for efficient communications.
– Knowledge Management:Configure and maintain Salesforce Knowledge for internal use and self-service, optimizing the lifecycle of knowledge articles.
– Customer Support Automation:Configure Messaging for Web and deploy Einstein Bots for automated web-based support. Utilize Macros, Quick Text, and Email Templates to streamline operations.
– Analytics and Reporting: Create custom Reports, Dashboards, and leverage Einstein Analytics for service performance insights.
– Security and Compliance:Ensure data integrity and compliance with SOX, GDPR, FINRA, using Salesforce Shield features and best practices.
Qualifications:
– Experience:5+ years in Salesforce Administration, with strong knowledge in Omni-Channel, Salesforce Knowledge, Messaging for Web, and familiarity with Vonage Contact Center.
– Technical Skills:Proficiency in Flow Builder, Validation Rules, Lightning App Builder, Entitlements, and Salesforce Einstein tools for service operations.
