Position: Senior Salesforce Admin Duration: 6+ months contract Location: NYC, New York – Hybrid (3 days onsite & 2 days remote)

Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification.
- Experience serving as a system administrator in Salesforce Lightning.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum project methodology.
- Strong self-motivation, multitasking skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated track record of performing Salesforce administrative tasks including creating custom objects, fields, workflow and validation rules, page layouts, list views, email templates and Lightning app pages.
- Proficient at advanced reports dashboards and automation processes
- Experience using Salesforce Data Loader, Import Wizard and Workbench.
- Proficiency in accomplishing tasks within narrow timeframes with little oversight.
- Ability to read, write and edit Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) queries.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications – especially Excel.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and excels in collaborative work settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support and advise end users on how to use Salesforce effectively.
- Assist with training internal staff on Salesforce Reports and Dashboards.
- Perform user set up and maintain user roles, security and profiles in Salesforce Lightning.
- Monitor and report on issues, system configuration and maintenance processes.
- Insert, upsert, update and delete select data using Salesforce ETL tools.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards according to user and project requirements.
- Create custom objects, fields, workflow and validation rules, list views and page layouts according to project timelines.
- Create declarative flows and screen flows for end user needs.
- Work closely with our project team to record and monitor adoption and usage.
- Assist in the creation of organization-wide protocols for proper use of Salesforce.
- Work with an internal team to maintain integrations with on-site and cloud-based platforms.
- Work with vendors to troubleshoot and apply new features, upgrades and patches.
- Maintain system security including sharing rules, role hierarchies and field-level security.
Additional preferred skills:
- Experience using Flosum for Salesforce release management.
- Experience using Formstack for Salesforce.
- Experience with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Experience in Information Technology or Computer Science is a plus
Experience in Salesforce Testing and QA.
