Project Summary
The Project will streamline and enhance the efficiency of multiple systems related to Public Works
enforcement and compliance. The Project has four main objectives, each targeting specific improvements
in data integration, automation, and enforcement
Senior Project Manager
Mandatory Qualifications
• Minimum of seven (7) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying PM principles, methods, techniques, and tools.
At least four (4) years of that experience must have been as a senior PM of one or more large or complex IT projects.
• Bachelor’s degree
• PMP certificate
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in IV&V, oversight, quality assurance, or project management within IT projects. Experience must include applying Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) Std.1012 (System and Software Verification and Validation).
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in Agile software development life cycles, project management methodologies, and quality assurance processes.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with any two of the following tools:
o Jira
o Q Test
o Automate Pro
o Application Lifecycle Management
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in projects with Data Privacy and Data Security relevant to state and local government projects.
Desirable Qualifications
• Possession of a valid Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certificate.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management:

o Lead, mentor, and manage the IV&V team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
o Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
o Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise and project needs.
B. Project Planning and Execution:
o Develop and implement IV&V plans and strategies for IT projects.
o Ensure that IV&V activities align with project goals and timelines.
o Monitor project progress and adjust IV&V plans as needed.
C. Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
o Conduct independent assessments of project deliverables, processes, and outcomes.
o Identify and document risks, issues, and non-conformities.
o Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and process improvements.
o Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
