We are seeking a Senior Payroll Consultant to join our team at Highstreet, an Oracle Cloud managed services and implementation partner. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of payroll processes and have experience working with and advising K12 and higher education institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and advise our K12 and higher education clients on Payroll processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Assist in the design and implementation of payroll integrations with third-party systems

Requirements:

• Ability to evaluate Payroll systems and processes for Highstreet clients and make recommendations
• Extensive experience with Payroll systems and procedures
• Proven track record of successful payroll support and guidance in K12 and higher education sectors
• Deep understanding of payroll methods and various payroll systems
• Expertise in processing payroll, including knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 30% Milestone travel is required

 Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of US federal requirements for payroll, such as W-4, W-2, and tax tables
• Familiarity with education-specific payroll requirements and regulations
