Job Title: Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Financial Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes and the ability to implement best practices within a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Module Expertise: Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, and others), ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Oracle Financials to meet the specific needs of the organization, enhancing functionality and user experience.
• Financial Reporting: Generate, analyze, and present financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and accuracy of financial data.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements within financial operations to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, providing ongoing support to maximize the effective use of Oracle Financial applications.
• Integration Management: Oversee the integration of Oracle Financials with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, providing support for audits and regulatory requirements.
• Project Leadership: Lead or participate in Oracle Financials implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness in financial operations and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Financials, with a strong focus on AP, AR, GL, and other general financial modules.
• Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials and related tools; experience with system integration is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
