We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Developer with strong programming skills to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing software applications and creating detailed specifications based on technical designs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various programming languages and, in some cases, should be knowledgeable in Agile or iterative development methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in similar technologies, not including training periods.
  • 5+ years of on-site client experience in related technology and domain.
  • A Bachelor's degree in technology is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in implementing or upgrading Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) Financial Crime and Compliance Management (FCCM) solutions.
  • Expertise in the Compliance domain, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Screening, and Enterprise Case Management.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) for ongoing maintenance, support, and configuring changes for Customer Screening.
  • Experience in loading and managing watchlists, and creating new processes/jobs in EDQ for Watchlist filtering and Customer Screening.
  • Ability to perform Customer Screening Model validation and recalibration of systems.
  • Skilled in identifying and configuring new alert types and workflows using process management frameworks (pmf).
  • Extensive experience in developing, implementing, and supporting the OFSAA FCCM suite of products (formerly Mantas).
  • Strong knowledge of OFSAA FCCM data models such as CSA and FCDM, and Oracle batch job processing.
  • Solid proficiency in PL/SQL and Unix.
