Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Jade Global. This individual will be responsible for leading and optimizing operational functions across multiple domains within the organization, with a strong focus on enterprise content management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large teams, driving operational excellence, and leveraging technology platforms such as SalesForce, Google, Oracle, and ServiceNow to streamline processes and achieve business goals. As a senior leader, you will play a key role in shaping operational strategies, improving efficiency, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a large team, ensuring high levels of performance, engagement, and productivity across all operational functions, particularly in enterprise content management.
- Oversee the operations of three key domains, ensuring seamless integration and coordination between departments, functions, and technology platforms.
- Manage the execution of operational processes, strategies, and initiatives, continuously driving improvements to achieve operational excellence and support business growth.
- Take ownership of the technology stack, including SalesForce, Google, Oracle, ServiceNow, and others, ensuring their optimal utilization and integration across the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute operational strategies that align with business objectives and support the long-term vision.
- Develop and implement strategies aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting scalable growth.
- Provide leadership in setting and monitoring performance metrics, focusing on continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
- Ensure operational readiness, risk mitigation, and business continuity across all functional areas.
- Foster a culture of innovation, high performance, and effective change management.
- Regularly report on operational performance, highlighting key challenges, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with WSR (Weekly Status Report), QBR (Quarterly Business Review), and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) metrics.
- Ensure that enterprise content management functions align with best practices, business requirements, and technological needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in leading large operational teams and managing multiple functional domains, particularly in enterprise content management.
- Strong expertise with technology platforms, especially SalesForce, Google, Oracle, ServiceNow, and other enterprise tools relevant to business operations.
- Extensive experience in leading complex operational organizations, working cross-functionally, and driving results.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop senior managers and their teams.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on achieving operational excellence.
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with day-to-day operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, particularly in working with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Strong experience in driving performance metrics and using data to guide decision-making and operational improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Prior experience with enterprise content management is essential to ensure a deep understanding of content lifecycle management, document management, and other related processes.
