Title: Senior Network Engineer
Location: Hybrid – Plymouth, MN (Onsite: 3 days/week) (Local)
Duration: 6+ months contract
Note: The candidate should be fine to work onsite from day one.

Our client is looking for a Sr Network Engineer who can drive the network as a platform. They need someone who can work the requirements as well as the technical architecture and design in a networking perspective.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and enhance Cisco Wired, Wireless LAN, WAN, network, network security, Cisco firewall in collaboration with vendors, stakeholders, Network Engineering, and partner teams.
- Develop solution designs, support design reviews, and issue change requests to service suppliers while adhering to service lifecycle and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with network architects on wired and wireless design initiatives.
- Analyze data to diagnose and identify root causes of network-specific events.
- Design, monitor, analyze, and report metrics for wired and wireless solutions.
Must Haves:
- Expertise with Cisco routing, wired, and wireless technology.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with network protocols and concepts.
- 5+ years’ experience with enterprise routers, firewall, switches, SDWAN, and wireless controllers (Cisco/Catalyst/Viptela)
