The ideal candidate should have the following experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as demonstrated by the attached Proposed Project Person Skill Summary Sheet and resume:
- Experience working as a Natural Developer.
- Experience with a Natural Construct technical environment.
- Experience interfacing with multiple systems, including Natural/ADABAS.
- Proficiency with Job Control Language (JCL).
- The candidate should be able to adhere to a hybrid working model, working on-site 2-3 days per week at CalSTRS Headquarters, West Sacramento, CA.
