SME should have skills relating to the DLm8500 / DD9900 with knowledge concerning its use on the Unisys OS2200/IBM zOS/IBM zTPF hosts
Nice to have knowledge would be some understanding of the IBM TMS in use (Control-T) for tape management on the IBM systems. Unisys uses STAR-1100 and there are multiple folks currently with SAIC with knowledge of that product.
