Position: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Primarily remote. Prefer candidates residing in the DMV area. Expectation is that there will be 2 onsite meetings over 6 months. Open to stellar candidates outside the DMV area and cannot go onsite, and those who are not able to convert. CareFirst will not cover travel expenses.
Duration: 6 months contract-to-hire, open to straight contractors (Conversion salary of $100,000)
Interview Process: 2 round video interview
Job Description:
CareFirst is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support their efforts in increasing the customer containment rate for Digital Conversation.
Essential Functions
CareFirst’s Digital Conversation is powered by a Conversational AI through Kore.Ai and is enabled through Natural Language Processing (NLP.) The hired resource will be responsible for documentation, creating user stories, gap analysis, creating process flows, collecting and analyzing data through call listening, and all other traditional responsibilities of a business analyst. They currently have 5 members on the team.
Top Five Skills Required
• 5+ years of overall business analysis experience, with bachelor’s degree. (In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, plus 4 years)
• 1+ year of experience with Conversational AI (previous experience analysing the data, listening to calls, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing
• Healthcare industry experience.
Nice to have skills
• Experience with Kore.AI
• Healthcare payer industry experience
