Senior Business Analyst || Remote || C2C

USC, GC || Duration : 6 Months || Working with Prime Vendor

Job Description :

The ideal candidate is a team player responsible for working with e-commerce data. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operational improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment. A background working within the retail industry is preferred.

Qualifications:

•            Ability to work with business users and management to understand the business need for data exploration, data quality, and profiling.

•            Familiarity with working with e-commerce data and merchandise planning.

•            Implement, create and design reports.

•            Perform requirement gathering and data mapping.

•            Experience with retail data analytics.

•            Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and version/source control disciplines.

•            Create dashboards with visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau or Power BI.

•            Ability to write SQL queries.

•            Understanding in working in an Agile Project Development team

•            Must be able to define functional and technical docs based on data availability, quality and profiling on source data systems.

•            The ability to work effectively within a team environment

•            Understand complex logic and solve data issues by developing sound technical solutions.

•            Experience in data warehouse implementation or being familiar with data warehouse concepts

Soft skills required:

•            The ability to work effectively with minimal direction and supervision.

•            Creativity and original thinker.

•            Ability to work with business users to understand processes and requirements.

•            Understand complex logic and solve data issues by coming up with sound technical solutions.

•            Must have solid written and oral communication skills.

•            Can prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Education:

•            Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Finance.

•            Work references will be requested.
