Senior Appian Developer for Malvern PA Hybrid|Local only|L1 or L2 certified|3 Month C2H Role|No OPT/CPT/H1

I am recruiting for Senior Appian Developer for Malvern PA Hybrid role
The ideal candidate must have 8 years of experience and should be L1 or L2 certified
Responsibilities Work as part of an existing 12-person Agile Scrum team to independently develop Appian workflows, from the ground up, based on evolving business requirements. The team is responsible for new feature development leveraging Appian Platform as a Service, integrated with internal technologies and services, leveraging integrations with other applications, and delivering value frequently to production. The team has broad responsibilities for up to 20 current workflows and will be adding several more workflows over the course of this assignment. The candidate will be required to participate in daily Scrum, interface directly with Product Owners, collaborate with other technical staff including developers, Tech Leads and Testers to turn iterative business requirements into high value workflow solutions.
Qualifications Up to date Appian Certification required. Strong teamwork and communication required. Knowledge of latest Appian platform features and how to put them to work to generate value for our internal and external clients in a highly collaborative environment. Experience both building applications from scratch, as well as production support of applications in a live production environment. Ability to work in a hybrid model leveraging virtual communication and in-person collaboration to maximum effect.
