Job Description: • Design and Development: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to design and develop AEM components, templates, and workflows that meet project requirements. • Customization and Integration: Customize and extend AEM functionality using technologies like Java, HTL (HTML Template Language), and JavaScript. Integrate AEM with various third-party systems and platforms using APIs and other integration methods. • Configuration and Optimization: Configure AEM settings, permissions, and workflows based on project needs and best practices. Optimize AEM performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks, improving code efficiency, and implementing caching strategies. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, to ensure a cohesive and efficient implementation of digital solutions.
Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • Experience: Proven experience as an AEM Developer, including custom component development and integration with the AEM platform. • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Java, HTL, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies used in AEM development. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) and their integration with AEM. • Additional Skills: Experience with AEM Developer tools such as Apache Felix, Apache Sling, Jackrabbit, and CRXDE. Familiarity with the Java Content Repository API, OSGi, and its Declarative Services. Knowledge of build tools, including Maven, and version control tools, especially Git.
