Seeking motivated and customer-oriented Scrum Master to work with agile teams in the quality & compliance technology product group.

Responsibilities:

• Guide an experienced cross functional team and lead Agile best practices.
• Ensure Scrum is understood and enacted work with teams to solve problems and to drive continuous improvement and business owner satisfaction.
• Organize and facilitate all scrum related meetings, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, demos, etc.
• Work with the team to develop project plans, roadmaps, and manage backlog.
• Communicate team plans, report impediments for escalation, and identify risks/concerns to relevant stakeholders to help resolve.
• Monitor team backlog daily and ensure it accurately reflects the current state of the sprint.
• Work with product owners and stakeholders to refine vision and establish goals and metrics.
• Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management.
• Organize and facilitate the product release by following all the governance standards.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience leading both Scrum and Kanban Agile Teams.
• LIMS – Laboratory Information Management Systems experience.
• Demonstrable experience of Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
• Agile Experience Agile ceremonies metrics.
• Experience planning a Sprint release and Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, and Communication Skills.
• JIRA/Confluence experience.
• Ability to drive alignment across teams Lead and influence the team on best practices.

Preference would be with SMs who have experience with GXP systems since we want them to be familiar with how computer system validation work is incorporated into the Agile/SAFe framework. If you have SMs who have Pharm/MedTech experience local to Raritan, we’ll consider them.  

Project: EtQ Platform (quality system)

Skills Preferred: SDLC experience, understand and track validation work in GXP space.

• Scrum Service: Scrum Master.

Things to be familiar with: (good fit candidates).

• LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems).
• GXP space (Healthcare industry folks usually get this).
• Cert (scrum) / Ability to flex and adapt and not be too rigid.
• Ability to partner with Developers, Compliance folks.
