Hello
Hope you’re doing well
Position:- Scrum Master – Financial Services
Location:- Hybrid, 3 days in Boston, MA (Local) with DL copy
Employment:- C2C
Rate:- 60/hr-C2C
Job description:-
Manager Notes: This is a mid-senior level role that will be supporting the Investor Research team. Candidate must be local to Boston and have deep Agile, Scrum, and Kanban knowledge. 6+ years of experience at an asset management company (open to financial services). This role requires the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with demanding and complex personalities as well as senior leadership. Broadridge project implementation a plus.
Manager wants a pure Scrum Master, not someone who is a blend between SM and project manager/BA/product manager. He is open to financial industry experience outside of asset management, as long as the company had a strong Agile practice. They are looking for someone who is comfortable influencing and coaching legacy employees. They will be working with complex personalities so they need to have clear communication skills and, again, be comfortable/strong with their influencing skills. They are open to someone who is an Agile Coach looking to get back into the action. They are not looking for someone who has a product owner background because that is a completely different business unit.
Reason for being open: Manager is looking for the same skillset as last time, however, if you come across someone with Broadridge project implementation, that is a plus. This is to cover a leave of absence and help with a new agile team for Apr – Oct.
