Role: (Scrum Master)

Location: Atlanta/Delaware/ Princeton/NY locations

 I’m looking for experience, especially in the Financial Services domain. Even better if they have experience with data rather than UI.

One thing we like for Scrum Masters to have, is the ability to understand the product and the impact they have on product delivery.

Role Description

Scrum Master takes on various roles based on the maturity level of the Agile team. Clearly the success of any Agile team is based on the effective partnership of scrum master and the team, collaborating, and embracing Agile principles. As a scrum master you naturally have a servant leader and coach mindset. You will identify needs, remove impediments, and contribute as necessary to ensure the performance and success of the team. This position requires a leader accountable for maximizing the business value produced by the team, including throughput and delivery.

Responsibilities:

·       Lead multiple global cross functional teams on various projects by using Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe)

·       Sprint Events –

·       Effectively manage and facilitate sprint ceremonies to support development and product releases

·       Product Shaping/Scope Management –

·       Support the product owner and provide education where needed especially in Product Backlog health, Dependency Management to better manage Releases

·       PI and Sprint Planning –

·       Help the teams to accomplish Sprint goals & PI OKRs by following ceremonies and planning / estimation of epics in Agile tools

·       Impediment Management –

·       Tactically identify dependencies and blockers, track and help remove them accordingly

·       Retrospective –

·       Ability to identify pain points for Agile teams and bring in fresh practical ideas

·       Progress tracking and Metrics –

·       Setup and review metrics to drive progress

·       Note anti-agile patterns through metrics and coach/steer teams accordingly

·       Escalate if progress is hindered 

·       Coaching Teams –

o   Coach squads in self-organization

o   Help the squads achieve higher levels of Agile maturity

·       Qualification: 

·       Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college/university 

·       4+ years of experience in building data platforms and solutions

·       5+ years leading large-scale transformation programs (leveraging Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)), involving business process and change, organization change, and multiple large-scale technology components 

·       Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)  

·       Experience in coaching Product owners in Product backlog health, prioritization etc.

·       Very strong understanding of the system development life cycle  

Location preference: 

·       North America / South America – EST time zone

·       We will prioritize Atlanta, Delaware, Princeton, and NY locations as first preference, and other places in the EST time zone if we get credible resources in other cities.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled PowerApps Developer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the Microsoft PowerApps platform, enhancing business processes by creating efficient, user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development: Build custom applications using PowerApps; integrate with Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Process Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts to understand and improve business processes.
• Testing: Create and execute test plans; troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Deployment: Deploy and maintain applications across environments.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation and user guides.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 2-3 years in PowerApps development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerApps, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, SharePoint; knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS; familiarity with Azure.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft PowerApps certification.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
