Job Description: SCM Techno Functional

Location: Raleigh, NC (Onsite from Day 1)

Client: Infosys

We are seeking a proficient SCM (Supply Chain Management) Techno Functional Consultant to join our team at Raleigh office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge in Order Management (OM), Inventory, and Purchase Order (PO) processes.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize SCM modules to meet client-specific needs.
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide end-user training and support during and post-implementation phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure system stability.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of proven experience in SCM with a focus on OM, Inventory, and PO modules.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SCM applications.
• Strong understanding of integration points between SCM and other modules/systems.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SCM certifications (e.g., APICS) are advantageous.
