SAP Vistex (5+ years) – Must be an expert in Vistex functionality and configurations.
SAP SD Rebate Processing (3+ years) – Strong experience handling rebate-related processes.
SAP Incentives – Must have hands-on experience in managing incentives within SAP.

 

Additional Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Must have hands-on AMS (Application Maintenance & Support) experience.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in production support environments.
Should be comfortable with incident resolution, batch job monitoring, and system health checks.
Prior experience in on-call support (9 AM – 9 PM EST availability as needed) is highly preferred.

Job Description:

We are seeking an SAP Vistex SME to provide expert-level support in SAP Vistex, SAP SD Rebate Processing, and SAP Incentives. This role will focus on Application Maintenance Support (AMS), ensuring system stability, troubleshooting production issues, and optimizing SAP environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in SAP Vistex (5+ years) and SAP SD Rebate Processing (3+ years), with experience in production support and system monitoring. This position requires the ability to manage on-call support (9 AM – 9 PM EST), troubleshoot critical issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities
? System Monitoring & Health Checks

Perform daily system and batch job health checks.
Proactively identify and resolve system issues.
? Production Support & Issue Resolution

Work on daily incidents, tasks, and problem resolutions.
Engage in on-call production support (as needed).
Provide technical support and guidance for troubleshooting system issues.
? Enhancements & Collaboration

Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance system performance.
Participate in incident management, remediation, and system audits.
Offer expert-level decision-making for SAP Vistex and SD processes.

? SAP Vistex (5+ years) – Expert-level knowledge required.
? SAP SD Rebate Processing (3+ years) – Strong proficiency.
