Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Lead to oversee testing activities in an SAP implementation project. The role involves defining test strategies, managing deliverables, ensuring quality, and leading a team through multiple integration testing cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SAP test strategies, plans, and frameworks.
- Lead and coordinate the testing team to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage test deliverables, track defects, and report progress.
- Ensure comprehensive test coverage across functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing with business requirements.
- Implement SAP testing best practices and ensure compliance with standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 12+ years of SAP testing experience, with at least 3 in a lead role.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules and business processes.
- Experience with SAP test automation tools like HP ALM, SAP TAO, or Tricentis Tosca.
- Proficiency in test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple integration testing cycles.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification in relevant modules or testing methodologies.
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, and performance testing.
- Knowledge of test data management and SAP Solution Manager.
