Role: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 9+ Months Contract
Role Description:
- Can work independently with business to align requirement for design and built.
- Able to lead handling of Incidents, Change requests and enhancements from onsite.
- In-depth knowledge of system configuration, cross functional integration processes.
- Can devote effort on new initiative for PoC, demos for CoE group.
- Can explore & self-learn into new cloud technology/ tools.
- Certification and Experience in SuccessFactors EC
- Data Migration experience in EC
- Experience in other SF modules (Onboarding,/Recruiting/PMGM/LMS)4. SF Implementation experience at least for 3-5 projects
- SF Support experience at least 2-3 Projects
- Experience in closely working with Customer and working in customer environment
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
