Position: SAP Success Factors Consultant
Location: Harvey, IL (Onsite)
Duration: 9+ months Contract
Client: TCS
Required Skills:
- Build strong, trusted relationships at every level of the customer organization, driving customer and project success.
- Work with customers to build and realize their process improvements within the scope of program and technology. Coach and guide customers around SAP Onboarding 2.0 module, capabilities and limitations.
- Provide solutions as per customer requirements, adhering to SuccessFactors best practice processes and project scope Liaison with onshore & offshore teams for project delivery, bridging the gap for knowledge and time zone differences.
- Perform Root cause analysis and fix issues within the defined SLAs Support implementation lifecycles for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time-Off track
- 8+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in a consulting & delivery role 3+ full life cycle SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 module implementations and support projects.
- Active Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) or Onboarding 2.0 a being required.
- Configure the Onboarding 2.0 module in SAP SuccessFactors based on business requirements and best practices in a multi-country environment. Strong hands-on experience in configuring Onboarding 2.0 module
- Custom objects, Role based permissions (RBP), Report Center (Canvas reports/ Advanced Reports). Must have worked on MDF, Foundation objects, Associations, Business rules, workflows etc.
- Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs in the SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 module, following best practices. Participate in system integration testing, user acceptance testing, and end-to-end testing for Onboarding 2.0 module.
- Maintain accurate documentation of the solution design, configuration settings, and system processes. Generate reports and analytics to provide insights into absence trends, patterns, and compliance. Superior communication skills, both verbal, written and listening. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, multi-task, work in a diverse team environment as well as work independently, and to understand and be responsive to project and customer needs.
