Job Title: Testing/Triage Lead
Location: Denver/Saint Louis – Local profiles only
Overview:
- Seeking a Testing/Triage Lead to manage our software testing processes, oversee bug triage, and ensure product quality.
- The role demands a blend of technical skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of the SDLC.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement test plans.
- Lead bug triage sessions, prioritizing and assigning defects.
- Coordinate with developers, managers, and teams to align testing with product goals.
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers.
- Maintain testing metrics; improve testing and triage processes.
- Ensure compliance with best practices in testing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering or related.
- years in software testing, 7-10 years in a leadership position.
- Proficient in testing tools/methodologies and agile practices.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Role: SAP Security with GRC
Location: Culver City, CA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Good at communications, Team leading skills and stakeholder’s management skills.
- Good knowledge on S4 HANA & FIORI Security concepts.
- Experience in User administration & roles administration activities.
- Experience with SAP role-based security concepts and their application/usage for S4 HANA.
- Working on GRC ARA, BRM, ARM and EAM implementation/support projects.
- Good knowledge on GRC configuration, MSMP and BRF+.
- Experience/knowledge on GRC implementation & Support.
- Good to have: Change Management experience using CHARM.
- Ticket Management:
- Respond to and investigate security tickets (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests), ensuring prompt resolution and reporting.
- Deep dive analysis for tickets to identify possible improvement areas that helps customers to reduce cost of operations.
- Collaboration and Support:
- Work closely with other IT and business teams to support security and compliance initiatives.
- Provide end user assistance to address query raised.
