Role:- SAP Program Manager- S/4 HANA
Location:- Wilmington, DE USA( Hybrid /Onsite)

Manage multiple large-scale, complex and specialized competency based customer projects with strong focus on delivery responsibility and delivery excellence, including strategic planning and tactical project management for the projects. Develop strategies aligned with the organizations vision
• Oversee all aspects of the program, including budget, schedule, scope, risk, and resources.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan aligned with business goals.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
• Manage dependencies between different workstreams
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate program risks.
• Develop and implement a change management strategy to ensure user adoption of the new S/4 HANA system.
• Track program progress and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SAP S/4 HANA features and functionality.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, preferably with experience in managing SAP projects. Experience in Mfg. Domain is added advantage.
• Should have worked in at least 1 S/4 Transformation as a Program Manager
• Proven experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA concepts, functionalities, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
