Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PPDS (Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling) Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP PP/PPDS modules, a solid understanding of manufacturing planning processes, and a proven ability to interface effectively with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture and design activities for SAP PPDS.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Provide hands-on configuration and implementation support for planning and scheduling functionalities.
• Deliver expertise in mid- and long-term planning, MRP, MRP Live, and aATP/Back Order Processing.
• Explain complex SAP functionalities to business stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• ·       Drive continuous improvement in planning methodologies and SAP PPDS processes.

·       Support integration points with other SAP modules and external systems as required.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong focus on SAP PP and PPDS.
• In-depth understanding of planning methodologies across long-, mid-, and short-term horizons.
• Strong experience with MRP, MRP Live, aATP, and Back Order Processing.
• Proficiency in SAP planning and scheduling functions.
• Solid business acumen in manufacturing environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with pMRP and DDMRP.
• Knowledge of Supply Assignment (ARun) functionality.
• Background in hands-on production planning and shop floor control is a strong plus.
