Job Description:
The candidate must be hands on , on the SAP PP with good experience in SAP PP implementation.
In-depth understanding of SAP Production planning process & hands-on in Customizing
In-depth understanding of integration with SAP QM, SAP MM, SAP FICO
Good experience in handling interfaces with non-SAP applications. Understanding of SAP technologies including but not limited to EDI, File transfer, API, etc
Experience in working with EWM Module for PP Integration.
Should be able to write user requirements and configure the system to the requirements.
Should be able to work in onsite/ offshore team model and bring out the results with team members.
Should be conversant with the SAP product and must also be able to interact with SAP for OSS messages etc.,

Must be able to lead large and complex global project requirements working closely with variety of business and IT groups.
Requires excellent verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

Preparation of training documents and user manuals
Experience in data migration support for PP Module
– Lead the design and implementation of S/4HanaManufacturing(PP) solutions to optimize manufacturing processes.
– Oversee the integration of SAPS/4HANA-Manufacturing systems to ensure seamless operations.
– Provide expert guidance on SAPS/4HANACloudManufacturing to enhance cloud-based manufacturing capabilities.
– Develop and maintain SAPS4HanaManufacturing(PP) architectures that support business objectives.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system architecture needs.
– Ensure that all manufacturing systems are aligned with industry best practices and company standards.
– Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.
– Mentor and support junior team members to foster a culture of learning and development.
– Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
– Provide technical leadership in the development and deployment of manufacturing systems.
– Ensure that all solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
– Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep the company’ s manufacturing systems up-to-date.
Qualifications
– Possess extensive experience in S/4HanaManufacturing(PP) and SAPS/4HANA-Manufacturing.
– Demonstrate expertise in SAPS/4HANACloudManufacturing and SAPS4HanaManufacturing(PP).
– Have a strong background in system architecture and its application in manufacturing environments.
– Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
– Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
