Title: SAP GTS Functional Lead
Location: Remote
Visa: USC/GC only
JOB Description:
10 + years experience in GTS Customs Import Process, Product Classification, FIORI Apps and Reporting and Analytics. Process knowledge of GTS Customs Management Import Process, Product Classification related to Other Government Agency (OGA) codes, GTS FIORI Apps and Reporting & Analytics. Validate requirements and gather any additional requirements during Workshop B, perform FIT Gap Analysis, maintain configuration and ability to write Application Design Documents/Functional Specifications.
(1.) Raising risks, issues and escalation to senior management and customer
(2.) To create all quality documents, collect metrics data and conduct Audits. To perform Value creation and KM activities.
(3.) To create project plans and keep track of the schedule for on-time delivery as per the defined quality standards
(4.) To ensure process improvement and compliance, participate in technical design discussions, and to review technical documents
(5.) Co-ordination with On-Site Engineers and attending customer calls
