Qualifications
SAP (FSM) Field Service Management /Senior Consultant 3 full life-cycle SAP IS-U, SAP IS-U Certification (desirable);10+yrs in SAP Field Service Min. (3) three SAP FSM implementation,
Hands-on SAP field Service / FSM design & configuration. Experienced in Work Management and Field Service Management
Experience in SAP Mobile Asset Management.
Configuration – WEB & MOBILE apps for SAP Field Service mgt. Product.Configuring sub-modules in SAP FSM: Resource planner, Technician Skills Management module, Time and Material, Journal approval functionality, and Smartform settings.Must** WORK ORDER MANAGEMENT, GEO Enablement for MOBILE Integration,Schedule & Dispatch, Service & Mobile Device mgt..IS-U Device Management IS-U Customer exp. Must. Responsibilities
· Implement & configure SAP Field Service Management (FSM) solutions.
· Conduct training sessions
· Integration with other SAP modules and systems.
· Develop FSM requirement specs determining the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy SAP FSM solutions.
· Manage the lifecycle of SAP Field Service Management incidents, ensure they are solved according to defined SLAs.
