Job Title: SAP AII Consultant
Job Location: Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP AII (Auto-ID Infrastructure) Techno-Functional Consultant for an RFID project. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and multiple implementation experiences in SAP AII, specifically in label printing and RFID read/write functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and set up SAP AII for label printing and RFID read/write processes.
  • Write functional and technical specifications for project requirements.
  • Assist with unit testing, support QA testing, and handle production cut-over activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP AII.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing SAP AII for RFID projects.
  • Strong knowledge of configuration in SAP AII.
  • Experience in writing functional and technical specifications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with RFID technology projects.
  • Prior experience in SAP projects involving label printing setup.
  • Understanding of integration with other SAP modules.

 

 

 

Title: SAP SD OTC – Solution Lead / Architect
Location: (local Riverwoods, IL)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
·       12+ years of experience in SAP SD solution design and implementation, focus on publishing industry is preferred.
·       Proven track record in managing SAP interfaces and integrations with other enterprise systems.
·       Expertise in SAP SD module configuration, including pricing, Contract management, billing, and delivery.
·       Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP SD configurations and solutions.
·       Design and manage interfaces between SAP SD and other e-commerce platforms systems
·       Configure SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements, particularly in areas such as sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery.
·       Lead and participate in SAP SD implementation projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
·       Work closely with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into effective SAP solutions.
·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
·       Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team and lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions for our clients in the Energy and Utilities sector. You will be responsible for defining and aligning the enterprise architecture vision and strategy with the business goals and objectives of our clients. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, solution architects, project managers, and developers, to ensure the alignment and integration of the enterprise architecture across the domains of business, data, application, and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the enterprise architecture principles, standards, policies, and best practices for the Energy and Utilities sector.
  • Analyze the current state and future state of the enterprise architecture and identify the gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and communicate the enterprise architecture roadmap and transition plan to achieve the desired business outcomes and capabilities.
  • Provide guidance and direction to the solution architects and project teams on the design and implementation of the enterprise architecture solutions.
  • Review and approve the solution architecture deliverables and ensure the compliance with the enterprise architecture framework and governance.
  • Evaluate and recommend the appropriate technologies, tools, and methodologies to support the enterprise architecture solutions.
  • Facilitate the collaboration and coordination among the enterprise architecture stakeholders and communities of practice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Energy and Utilities sector, with exposure to distribution, transmission, substation, and gas domains.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful enterprise architecture solutions for large and complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SAP, ServiceNow, Data, AI/ML initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various audiences.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Certification in TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks is preferred.

1. Must have worked on SAP PLM PDM / PPM . Must have experience with industries like Pharma Manufacturing or Life science or medical related.

2. Should have 5+ years of experience in PLM process definition, analysis, design and implementation.

3. Extensive experience with configuration and testing of SAP PLM module.

4.  Strong communications skills and ability to communicate and influence at all levels.

5.  SAP PLM S4 Experience: 

a.     EHS (Specification & Recipe Management),

 

b. ECM (Engineering Change Management), (Versioning/ Previsioning for BOM, MM, DIR) .

c.     DMS (Document Management System),

d.     BOM (Bill of Material) Classification System (Classes, Characteristics, Object    Dependencies etc). 

6. Should be able to configure Engineering Record, Workflow, Global process route templates, Agent mapping for process routes, Agent determination for process routes, Decision activities

           a. Background activities with custom services, Easy start of the approval process, Easy task completion in the application, Rule-based template determination, Rule-based status determination.

7. Should be able to configure workflow in Fiori / Web UI,

8. Synchronization of Recipe to BOM, ECM of Recipe changes, general and plant recipe, Specification management: Value assignment types, classes and characteristics assignments, Phrase management,

9. Change Management through workflow, Materials, packaging specifications, components design mapping and conversion from exits, Data conversion using (BODS)

10. CAD integration for drawings, DMS config, PPM documents, integration with folders,

11. Item management, approvals, process changes with item types and workflow, ECC services for PPM objects, PPM role based security design for portals,

12. Should be able to work on Design document creation – FS and Coordination for TS document creation with ABAP team.
13.Troubleshoot and provide resolution to the issues reported by users, integration issues reported / identified.
