Job Title: Salesforce tester with Litify experience
Work Location: Sunnyvale, CA 94085 (Day one Onsite)
Duration: Long Term
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all quality assurance, test automation, and release engineering-related activities and teams (Manual and Automation)
- Play a key role in troubleshooting, triaging, and diagnosing quality issues.
- Work cross-functionally with development, and Design to ensure products are delivered with high standards of quality and reliability.
- Work with the QA Team Leads on the release process and testing of components and end-to-end product test coverage.
Key qualifications:
- Be able to understand the application of the Salesforce Litify platform to the Legal Industry
- Developed consistent best practices in order to meet the ongoing business needs
- The ability to drive resolution to escalations, including post-mortem, root cause analysis, and implementations to ensure long term remediation of issues
