Role: Salesforce Technical Lead

Location: Plainsboro, NJ (Onsite day 1)

Duration: 1 year +

Mandatory Skills:  Must have Hands-on working experience on Salesforce Community Cloud/Experience cloud.

Job description:

•  5-10 years of extensive Design and Development experience in force.com .

• Enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, with reports, workflow, working with several SFDC objects.

Must have Hands-on working experience on Salesforce Community Cloud/Experience cloud.

• Perform independent code development and certify code/review developed by self and other team members on the project to ensure all the best practices are adhered.

• Salesforce integration with third party systems (GA, OneTrust etc.), Experienced working with Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs is a Plus.

• Expertise in Apex, LWC, AURA lightning components, Visual force, Web Services, SOQL, SAQL, SASL, AJAX, XML, JavaScript (JQuery) and HTML & CSS).

• Develop and maintain Visualforce, Force.com pages and integration to other third-party solutions.

• Business Analysis skills to understand the Business Problem and propose the best technical solution.

• Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.

• Strong communication, technical and virtual collaboration skills are a must.

• Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment.

• Experience working with Salesforce Lightning experience and Salesforce CMS is a plus.
