Role: Salesforce Technical Lead
Location: Remote

Job description:
Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Apex
Key Responsibilities:
• 10 years of experience on Salesforce Apex. Lead the Salesforce development team in the design, development, and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Develop high-quality code and ensure best practices are followed in test-driven development, code reviews, and continuous integration processes.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement effective Salesforce solutions that enhance productivity and business processes.
• Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce development projects, from initial concept through deployment and support.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure our solutions leverage the latest advancements in the platform.
• Collaborate with other technical leads and architects to design and implement integrated solutions across various platforms and systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce developer with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development.
• Experience leading development teams and projects.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and limitations.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Component Framework.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Salesforce Communities and Service Cloud implementations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
