5 + years hands-on experience with access mgmt, data loader and workbench.
Support experience with force.com, Sales Cloud and/or Certinia (aka Financialforce).
(Highly desirable) Experience with analyzing force.com logs, Mulesoft logs and Splunk./SFDC Adv
Admin Certificate
Able to support both L1 & L2 tickets
