Role: Solution Architect specializing in Salesforce Health Cloud
Duration: 12+ months
Client: Jade Global
Primary Responsibility: Designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for clients, focusing on automation and integration with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design scalable solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Architect automation solutions including email marketing, journey builder, and automation studio.
• Design data models and ensure seamless integration between Salesforce Health Cloud and other systems like CRM, ERP, and third-party data sources.
• Customize and configure Health Cloud features.
• Lead workshops and design sessions to gather requirements and define the architecture.
• Guide best practices for utilizing Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities.
• Maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data models, and integration specs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing solutions.
• Optimize Health Cloud configurations to improve efficiency.
• Stay current with product updates and industry trends to suggest improvements.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (preferred).
• Experience:
  • Proven expertise in architecting and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Health Cloud modules such as email studio, journey builder, and automation studio.
  • Experience with data integration methods, including APIs, synchronization, and ETL.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, and other scripting languages for data manipulation.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
