Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

:• Lead Agile Scrum Teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities while providing regular updates to stakeholders

.• Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) to gather business needs, align priorities, and ensure the product roadmap meets strategic objectives

.• Define and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, return on investment, and stakeholder input

.• Stay up to date on agile trends and best practices, implementing improvements in product and project management

.• Plan and prioritize product development, ensuring clarity and execution of feature requirements

.• Develop detailed product feature specifications and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment

.• Assess business value, create business cases, and prioritize epics, user stories, and themes to drive product strategy

.• Identify and eliminate roadblocks that may impact sprint and release goals

.• Lead product release plans, setting clear expectations for the delivery of new functionalities

.• Act as a product ambassador, representing the product internally and externally while addressing inquiries from stakeholders

.Qualifications & Skills

:• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a Salesforce environment

.• Experience in the telecom industry is required

.• Strong familiarity with Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud

.• Exposure to Portals or POS Systems is a plus

.• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and project management frameworks

.• Proven experience in business value assessment and prioritization of product features

.• Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder needs and drive alignment

.• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

.Preferred Experience

:• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Product Owner, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Consultant) are a plus

.• Experience working with large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations

.• Understanding of telecom industry workflows, customer engagement, and operational processes
