Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Lightning Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Lightning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform for our client in the automotive industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely while leveraging your expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Apex coding, and cloud technologies to drive innovation and enhance the client’s customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement custom Salesforce Lightning components and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Salesforce platform, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications.
Utilize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud (preferred) to deliver optimal solutions.
Write Apex classes, triggers, and test classes to meet project requirements.
Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to ensure adherence to best practices and architecture standards.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of Salesforce applications.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to suggest improvements and enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, including custom development of Lightning components.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Advanced Administrator are highly preferred.
Solid understanding of Apex coding, with experience in creating triggers, classes, and integrations.
Strong background in full-stack engineering, with proficiency in Java or Python (or other backend technologies).
Experience in system design and architecture concepts.
Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate effectively with development and business teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques (REST, SOAP, etc.).
Familiarity with Salesforce data models and security best practices.
Knowledge of modern web development frameworks and tools (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, React).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
