Salesforce Developer (Remote) NO H1b – With state exp needed

Position :-   Salesforce Developer (Remote)
Duration:- 12-month contract

Location :-   Remote with occasional travel to NYC

Interview:-   2 Video

Visa :-           USC/GC/EAD-GC/H4/TN

 

Client :-       The New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission (NYC TLC)

 

 

Note :- This is your chance to lead data migration projects within Salesforce environments using Informatica tools— all while working remotely with occasional visits to NYC. Qualified candidates with expertise in data migration, Salesforce customization, and Informatica tools are encouraged to apply, but you MUST have experience working with government agencies such as: NYC agency; if not NYC then NYS; if not then another city or state.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Manage data migration projects, handling data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) with Informatica.
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, and layouts to optimize business processes.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems and automate workflows using Informatica, APIs, and MuleSoft.
Ensure data security and compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align migration activities with business goals.

 

🎯 Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Salesforce database migration, especially in government agencies (NYC, NYS, or other state/city agencies preferred).
Expertise in Informatica (PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud) for ETL processes.
Strong skills in Salesforce customization (Apex, Lightning, Salesforce Flow).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
