This is remote, needs a strong Salesforce background and someone who has some experience integrating salesforce with a contact center/contact center product like Genesys.
Our client, a global software company, is looking to hire a Salesforce Developer for a 3–6-month remote contract. The consultant will be supporting CX Cloud from Genesys and Salesforce, a jointly released, native solution combining a unified, AI-powered agent workspace in Service Cloud with enterprise contact center and workforce engagement management capabilities from Genesys Cloud. The projects will consist of integrating Genesys Cloud contact center capabilities into the Salesforce interface and platform for deeply connected end-to-end customer and employee experiences.
The consultant will work on a development team that is responsible for building Salesforce integrations support for Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Experience, Salesforce Omni-Channel, and Salesforce High Velocity Sales.
Required Skills:
· Must have experience integrating contact center software with CRM systems
· Strong experience with Salesforce Apex programming, configurations, and troubleshooting
· Experience with custom flows, triggers, configuring related records
· Experience with Salesforce reporting dashboards
· Experience configuring SSO inside of Salesforce
· Experience with Salesforce Einstein
· Must have experience working with CRM and Contact Center integration (preferably have worked with Genesys Cloud in the past)
· Experience using Salesforce SDK for customized actions
