Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: Long term Contract
Must have Skills: Data Modeling and Mapping, data governance
Need H1b, No USC and GC. Passport Number Is Mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Assessment and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough assessments of Salesforce data quality, identifying inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies.
- Analyze business processes and data flows to understand the root causes of data quality issues.
Data Cleansing Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive data cleansing strategies that address identified data quality problems.
- Define data quality metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of cleansing efforts.
Data Modeling and Mapping:
- Create and maintain data models and mappings to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement data cleansing processes and tools.
Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities to streamline data entry and maintenance processes to prevent future data quality issues.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance data governance and compliance.
Stakeholder Management:
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and data analysts.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and address concerns.
Project Management:
- Contribute to project planning and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, and relationships.
- Experience in data quality assessment, cleansing, and remediation techniques.
- Proficiency in data modeling and mapping tools.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creating Sprint and Product backlog
- Experience in development of business strategy and business cases.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum years of experience 8+ years
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data cleansing tools and platforms (e.g., Informatica, Talend).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
- Experience in Agile project methodologies.
