Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

Must Have: – Oracle EBS EXP.

Job Description

  • Min 5+ years and min 1+ Implementation and support experience of Salesforce Order Management System and related O2C business around Salesforce commerce cloud.
  • Min 7+ Experience as eCommerce BSA with implementation experience on Salesforce platform for B2C business process flows.
  • Min 7+ Experience and hands on experience with gathering requirements, process mapping, functional specifications, solution design, functional testing integration testing, and to generally help with project tasks for Salesforce Order management module and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
  • Knowledge and experience on Payment Integrations with third party payment processing with Salesforce Order Management System/module.
  • Must know how to setup Product Catalogs, Accounts, Customer setups, Pricing etc. and Transactions flow for Order Ackw, Order processing and checkout in Salesforce Order Management related B2C business flows
  • Must know typical patching and upgrade processes for Salesforce Order Management.
  • End-to-end testing for Salesforce Order Management, Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C business flows with ERP, Oracle EBS.
  • Working experience on Agile methodology and Sprints. User stories creation in JIRA Board, triaging and support.
  • Good communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Local to Seattle area and work as per client work schedule and calendar.
  • Have prior working experience on POS application and general understanding of integrations between systems would be helpful
  • Deployment process of Salesforce Order Management Systems
  • Hands on experience on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (B2C or B2B)
