Job Description:
We are currently seeking a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst with strong experience in Financial Services Cloud for one of our key clients. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of overall experience in business analysis, with a focus on Salesforce implementations in the financial domain.
Key Responsibilities:
· Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to Salesforce, particularly Financial Services Cloud.
· Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
· Partner with Salesforce developers and administrators to design scalable and efficient solutions.
· Lead and participate in stakeholder meetings, sprint planning, and UAT sessions.
· Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, use cases, and training materials.
· Ensure alignment between business processes and Salesforce capabilities.
· Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
· 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
· Proven experience working with Salesforce, with at least 2+ years in Financial Services Cloud.
· Strong understanding of CRM business processes in financial services (e.g., banking, wealth management, insurance).
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Preferred:
· Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Certification.
· Experience working with remote teams and global stakeholders.
