Must-Have
Domain: • SailPoint coding at Command level – a must! • Experience with Workflow (Joiner, Leaver, Mover) and Custom • Rule Development • Experience with Out of the Box Connectors (Active Directory Multi Forest), Workday, JDBC, • Experience with Production Support • Strong solution designing experience on SailPoint IIQ suites with in depth understanding of IAM concepts and thorough understanding of IAM domain. • Thorough understanding of Identity and Access Governance concepts
• Leading and creating Identity & Access Management (IAM) technical architectures
• Strong knowledge and hands on experience (at least one long term project) in design and implementation of SailPoint Identity IQ integration with variety of applications
• Strong solution designing experience on SailPoint IIQ suites with in depth understanding of IAM concepts and thorough understanding of IAM domain.
• Ensuring appropriate collection and analysis of technical requirements based on critical client IAM use cases and expectations.
• Experienced in technical requirement gathering, designing solution and guiding implementation team during testing and deployment phase.
• Experience in fresh install and integrating multiple complex applications with IAM for provisioning and reconciliation.
• SailPoint IIQ V7.2 or V8.0
• Experience with Out of the Box Connectors (Active Directory Multi Forest), Workday, JDBC,
• SAP Direct and SAP GRC
• Experience with PAM Module overall
• Experience with Workflow (Joiner, Leaver, Mover) and Custom Rule Development
• Experience with Office 365 Integration (Teams, One Drive)
• Strong Expertise with Java 8 and Bean Shell
• Building Custom Connectors
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ Upgrade, Patching, SailPoint SSD (Standard Services Deployment)
• Experience with Production Support
General:
• Relevant client facing and Project Management experience to deal with multi-disciplinary team and other stakeholders.
• Good leadership skills with ability to lead the technical implementation team.
• Possess good communication and presentation skills
• Self-driven and ability to perform in demanding environment
• Strong thought leadership, envisioning and Solutioning skills, with an ability to draw big picture at the same time able to detail on lower level functional issues.
Good-to-Have
• Experience in consulting roles in the past will be preferable
