Pillar: Associate Experience – Supporting Cyber Security & Access Management

Pre-screening: 5 video questions selected by the hiring manager

Requirements

•          Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow SaaS development

•          Strong programming skills in Java, BeanShell, XML, and SQL

•          Experience integrating SailPoint with existing systems, especially legacy integrations

•          Background in software engineering with experience in access certifications, provisioning, and role management

•          Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for troubleshooting identity governance issues

•          Solid understanding of development methodologies and best practices

•          Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth

Nice to Have

•          Experience with .NET, C#, and SQL

•          Familiarity with optimizing identity governance workflows and automation

•          Knowledge of advanced SailPoint customization and scripting
