Role: RPA Developer
Location: Seattle, WA ~ Portland, OR (Onsite)
Duration: 9+ Months Contract
NOTE: LOOKING FOR LOCALS OR NEAR BY LOCATIONS ONLY.
Role Description:
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
- Test new programs
- Test modifications to existing programs
- Mentor team members
- Assist with user training as needed
- Understand IT processes and work within designated guidelines
- Ability to analyse and document business and system processes is required.

- Ability and willingness to take charge and lead tasks to completion is required
- Work cross-functionally with business operations and business analysts to create and optimize workflow processes
- lead initiatives related to designing and managing workflow automation projects, testing, and fixing bugs
- 8 years of experience in front end development
- Experience in implementing one major UIPATH project ( ~10 -15 BOTS/ Automation use case )
- Basic Understanding of security best practices
- Team Player, Self-motivated, innovative
- Advocate for proven standardized processes and methodologies
- Displays enthusiasm, energy, and quality focus
- Strong organizational and team leadership skills
- The ability to work under a heavy workload in a time critical environment
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Should possess good RPA skillset skills RPA Methodology, RPA life cycle, Best practice, RPA tool – UiPath (Hands-on project experience)
- Should possess good RPA++ skillset skills OCR Implementation / hands-on experience, Intelligent Document Processing/understanding Computer Vision
- Good knowledge or at least basic knowledge of technical skills in any coding language C#/Java, VB Script, Excel VBA (Excel Macros)
- Should be able to write/understand basic SQL Select
- Should have experience in support and maintenance of production robots
- Analyze and Design solutions in accordance with design principles and create a Design document and Test cases as per RPA recommendation
- Should be able to work independently end to end, right from automation feasibility, Design, coding, testing and deployment on automating the Process in the Automation Tool
- Development and Coding of RPA process as per the requirements using RPA (UiPath), RPA++ best practices
- Solve issues that arise in day-to-day running of RPA processes and provide timely support and solutions as required
- Support the operational teams during the UAT and Production rollout phase.
- Good verbal & written communication skills, and should be able to talk directly/independently with clients to understand the requirements and provide a solution
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
