JOB TITLE : RPA BUSINESS ANALYST
LOCATION: Allentown, PA – Hybrid role.

Primary Skills:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in RPA, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong understanding of RPA technologies and tools (UiPath,).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
Proficient in process mapping and documentation techniques.
Solid project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering RPA projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) is a plus.
Certification in RPA tools (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Associate) is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements for process automation.
Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation &improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for RPA solutions.

Process Mapping and Documentation

Create detailed process maps and workflows to illustrate current and future state processes.
Develop comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases.

RPA Solution Design and Development:

Work closely with the RPA development team to design and develop automation solutions using leading RPA tools
Ensure that RPA solutions align with business objectives and comply with technical standards and best practices.
Participate in the testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

Project Management

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of RPA projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of RPA initiatives.
Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.

Stakeholder Communication and Training

Liaison between business stakeholders & the RPA development team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented RPA solutions.
Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve RPA solutions and processes.

Continuous Improvement:

Monitor the performance of deployed RPA solutions and identify areas for enhancement.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technology and recommend innovative solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and achieve operational excellence.
