Oracle CRM Functional Consultant (with Expertise in OTBI and Incorta)
Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities: Oracle CRM Implementation and Support: Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective Oracle CRM solutions. Configure and customize Oracle CRM modules, including Service, Sales, and Marketing. Provide end-to-end functional support for CRM implementations and enhancements. OTBI to Incorta Reporting for CRM
Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and map them to Oracle CRM functionality. Document current and future state business processes and recommend best practices.
OTBI Reporting and Analytics: Design and develop OTBI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights. Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy across all reports. Incorta Analytics Development: Configure and implement Incorta analytics solutions to streamline complex data visualizations. Develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring seamless integration with CRM and other systems.
Data Integrity and Validation: Perform data migration, cleansing, and validation during system implementation or upgrades. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in reports and dashboards.
User Training and Documentation: Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions on Oracle CRM, OTBI, and Incorta. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, reports, and dashboards. System Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration between Oracle CRM, OTBI, Incorta, and other enterprise systems. Work with IT teams to resolve system issues and implement system upgrades.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Create test cases and validate the functionality of CRM configurations and reports. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot identified issues. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance CRM workflows, analytics, and system performance. Stay updated on Oracle CRM, OTBI, and Incorta features and updates to recommend improvements.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 7+ years of experience as an Oracle CRM Functional Consultant. Hands-on experience with OTBI and Incorta for analytics and reporting.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CX modules Strong understanding of OTBI report building and data models. Experience in Incorta platform configuration, data pipeline setup, and dashboard creation.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment |
